I saw your comment on FrFrankPavone's site. My humble opinion is that with gun control, those who are bent on doing harm or evil will not be able to cause carnage so easily. In Singapore where I come from, guns are outlawed and so whatever murders we see here, they are never on the scale as seen in USA. Of course in our small country there is no legitimate need for guns at all as there is no place for hunting.
