Thank you for posting this clip of Mother Angelica! The Hail Mary surely is a beautiful and powerful prayer. And, as Mother Angelica said, this is one reason why the Rosary is so powerful too. I think it is very interesting that in the middle of the Hail Mary is the Word - JESUS.
